    On May 5th 2023 after having one phone conversation and one virtual consultation with the owner of the business *******************, i sent a $700 deposit via Zelle BEFORE making an official booking on the business website for a hair appointment for micro lock establishment. Neither before nor during any of our communication was I ever made aware of the company's policies. 5 days after making the booking due to unforeseen financial circumstances involving taxes, I reached out to the owner to cancel my hair appointment & request the refund as we were still 5-6 weeks out from the appointment day & to my dismay she informed me that she has a no refund policy which is stated on her site... I then quickly rushed over to her site to find where this was stated without success. I explained to her that I was one unable to find her booking policies and two she never made them clear to me & whereas this was only a few days after making the appointment I felt that she should be able to honor the refund since she had never seen me in person nor laida hand on a strand of my hair; including that this would allow for more than enough time to reconcile her schedule so that no time nor money is lost. For the next 6 weeks the owner dangled me along having me believe that she was in search of a solution to refund me my money which never came about. I reached out to ******************* during the last couple of weeks of June to inquire on the status of the refund at which point she told me that there was no refund to be issued due to the fact that I had called my bank to inquire on having my funds returned. She then proceeded to berate & ******** me through text messages and even after I ended my conversation and blocked her, I continued receiving text messages from her at 1am. The resolution to me here is simple, I was not provided a service and I cancelled less than a week after booking, I simply want my funds and my peace. This woman is evil and has no empathy for people who work hard for money.
