      Repeated stolen packages, contacted the property manager about it and shes telling me cameras are down. They dont care if someone dies in this building or gets murdered because cameras are always down. I just want my package

      We understand Ms. ********* concerns and frustration regarding her stolen package, and we regret the inconvenience this situation has caused her. We empathize with the difficulty of dealing with missing items and want to provide as much guidance as possible to help resolve the issue.

      As outlined in our lease agreements, the property management team is not responsible for packages delivered to or left at the property. We do understand how upsetting it is to experience multiple incidents of stolen packages, and we are actively working to improve the reliability of our surveillance systems to better support our residents.

      In this particular case, the cameras were unfortunately not operational at the time of the incident. While we cannot retrieve footage for her claim, we encourage Ms. ********* to file a police report. Filing a report is typically required by most delivery companies and retailers to process claims or issue replacements. Law enforcement would also be able to investigate further, as identifying or pursuing individuals is outside the scope of property management.

      We remain available to assist Ms. ********* in navigating the claims process with the sender or answering any questions about filing a police report. Our goal is to help ensure she has the resources and support she needs to resolve this matter.
