    I settled on Bay State Refinishing after getting multiple quotes, not only were they very competitive, but the quoting process and communication throughout was stellar. On the day of service, the technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a truly outstanding job. The care taken to protect the area surrounding the tub and ensure there was absolutely no damage, residue, or peripheral impact from the refinishing was above and beyond and the outcome was more amazing than could have been expected. The tub looks great and makes the entire room look fresh and neat. I highly recommend Bay State Refinishing to anyone in need of their services.

    Bay State Refinishing stood out from all the other companies we called right from the beginning. They refinished a tub in one of our condo units and the technicians did an excellent and thorough job. *** made the whole process a breeze and handled all aspects of the job so professionally it was a pleasure to deal with the company from start to finish!

    Nice work: arrived on time, discussed the work plan clearly, kept a clean work area, and finished on time. Initial results look very good.They had to strip shoddy work previously done by another glazing company. The cost added for that prep work was quite reasonable.From what Ive seen so far, I will work with them again.
