    Old tub, new start. I've been meaning to do this for years, and I'm so glad I did. I researched online and landed on Bay State Refinishing. Arranged with ***** who is very friendly, professional, and informative. Read the reviews and made the decision, and I'm so glad I did. ****, our tech, did a great job.

    Great service from beginning to the end. I was able to speak with ***** on my initial call and schedule an appointment right away. Felt great about that since a lot of these companies require you to leave a message and keep your fingers crossed that theyll call back. ****, the technician, did a magnificent job. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

    Highly satisfied with Bay State Refinishing. ***** did an excellent job refinishing bathtub and tile walls. He was on-time, professional, very thorough and diligent in his work. I would certainly recommend ***** and Bay State. Additionally, my first positive Bay State interaction started by phone with **** who thoroughly and patiently explained the process and subsequently provided helpful hints how best to care for my new bath.     We had our tub reglazed and it honestly looks brand new. **** arrived on time and was done in three hours. He took time to vent the place well and did not leave any mess behind. I think the price was very reasonable - less than when I had it done in another place 10 years ago. Great job!!

    I was questioning the whole reglazing/refinishing process but wow was I wrong. The process was very impressive and the tech who did the work ******** was outstanding in every way. The finished product looks amazing and saved me thousands as compared to replacement of the old and outdated pink tub and shower. I recommend Bay State to anyone looking for an outstanding job by true professionals.

    Very professional services. Great communication. Easy to obtain a quote, technician arrived on time, made sure rest of bathroom was protected before beginning work, and cleaned up at the end. Would definitely recommend.
