      THAYER & ASSOCIATES , *** I just would like to leave documentation of the behavior of an employee of Thayer & Associates. My experience due to the fact I pay condominium fees to this entity since 2019. I exchange monies for a service. This happened and I have the documented evidence. My husband ***** and I are Afro Hispanic, we own a condominium at *************************************. We own this condominium since 2019. It is managed by THAYER & ASSOCIATES . ****** ****** employed by THAYER & ASSOCIATES is the Community Manager at the above address, called the *********, Police on me. Stating I pulled a fire alarm without evidence. Due to the fact a current white resident condominium owner like myself . Told him I did this act . He didnt get my side of the story . (Thats part of the reason we feel unwelcome, in this community by Thayer and Associates.) Despite me having a falling out with this woman due to the fact she made racist comments . ****** ***** the Community Manager employed by Thayer & Associates called the Newton MA, police on me . Without evidence just by the false testimony of a white condominium owner. Anyhow the Police Officer told me to get an attorney. Because I was accused of something without evidence. He was very pleasant about it . I felt very comfortable with him . Its too bad I cant feel comfortable in my own home. A welcoming environment of diversity and Inclusion is not offered by Thayer & Associates at this complex. Just in evidence by this staff members racial bias in the behavior above. I pay condominium fees and want to feel welcomed, celebrated and treated with respect just like the majority of the Caucasian owners in this building . Therefore the value of currency exchange for a service from Thayer and Associates , is not meeting my standards based on racial bias by an employee of this organization.
