I purchased a variety pack with OhZa in October 2023 and have yet to receive it now in January of 2024. There is no contact to email it will come back with mail failed to send. This has happened to others i know as well. This is not okay.Initial Complaint

This business currently has a larger interest in the product due to the partnership with *****************. I placed the order with the intentions of also receiving a free 4-pack of the flavor that ***** has in collaboration with the company. I placed my order on October 25th, 2023. I have yet to receive any type of shipping update. I have tried contacting the company through their working webpage, the Shop app where the order is shown, and also exhausted all of the contact options through any social media sites that they have running. The only type of response I received was from another customer with the same complaint since June of 2023. When this order was placed I chose to have the 3-4 day ground shipping and we are now on month 3.Customer Answer

Money for a subscription was taken from my account on September, October and November for $84.15. Still have not received my orders. This has not happened before. Made numerous attempts to contact the customer but they never got back. Would like this shipment but forced to terminate any more business. Now how do I get refunded Im not sure. I made a purchase on October 4, 2023 in the amount of $99 on the Ohza website. I immediately received an email confirmation that the money had been removed from my account. It is now November 27, 2023 and I have not only tried to contact Ohza numerous times, but I have been trying to dispute the charge with my bank, because the product was never received by me. They replied to my bank that the alcohol product had been shipped and received by me, but this is false. I never received the product and I would have had to use my id card to sign for the product, as it contains alcohol and I have not shown my id to anyone for this shipment. This company seems to have a habit of scamming people, as their ******* comments reflect other customer experiences of not receiving the product either.Customer Answer

I ordered a 36 pack on August 18, 2023 for an upcoming celebration. I still have not received the order (Order #**********). I have sent 4 emails, attempted a live chat (no one responded), and tried the phone number to contact someone about this order and have not gotten any response! Hello,I placed an order back on August 22, 2023 and Ohza charged me for the order. I have yet to receive the 24 back from the subscription and no one is responding to my email requests for a status. This is beyond frustrating because I paid money with no product or response back. This is ridiculous that Ohza is allowed to continue on without refunding money or at least give us our orders.
