Ohza has a Rewards program that appears to be a scam to get people to buy more product. The actual rewards program doesn't work. I have attempted to contact the company, via email and chat, at least five times. I have never received a reply. I have accumulated lots of "bubbles." Supposedly, customers can use these bubbles for free products, after adding one full price item to my cart, but whenever I select from the free products offered in the redeem Rewards function, those items appear in my cart at full price, not free. Also, their Bubble Reward page says "Redeem Your Bubbles for Discounts. Trading in your bubbles for discounts is easy. Simply apply your bubbles for a discount at checkout." And yet, there is no obvious way to do so. They are using this rewards program to get people to spend money, but the rewards program isn't real. It's fake. Otherwise known as fraud.Customer Answer

My order (# **********) was canceled by this company on May 12th. I received an email that I would be receiving a refund of $36.75 within the next 5 to 10 business days. I ordered from Ohza on 5/18/2023 and as of 7/09/2023 I still have not received my order. I tried to contact them on their website and sent multiple emails and have not gotten a response. I purchased the "Build Your Own Pack 1 24 Pack" from Ohza on April 6, 2023 but never received the items. April 19 I sent an email stating my order seemed to be stuck and was told it was because the items sold were seasonal and would ship when available. This was not stated on the website when the items were purchased, they were not listed as out of stock or seasonal availability. I followed up on May 2, June 18, June 29 and again today. I filed a dispute with PayPal which got closed in their favor even though they never responded to the dispute. I've since seen the products in stores so I can't understand why a company would treat their customers this way. Still hoping to get a refund for the products I never received.Customer Answer

On May 31, 2023 I placed an order for a 24-pack of **** sangria, with a free promotional 8-pack of grapefruit mimosas. The order total was $79, and was paid on full on May 31, 2023.The shipping method selected read: Free Ground Shipping (3-4 Days)I waited for almost three weeks and did not receive my order, or a shipping confirmation or tracking number. I emailed the customer support address on June 19, 2023, provided my order number, and requested a status update. I did not receive a response. Order No. ********** placed 5/7/23 for $59.25. Emailed 5/27 for status. Ohza emailed me 5/29 advising my product was out of stock and asked if I wanted a substitution or refund. I replied 6/1 asking for substitution with no reply. Emailed again 6/7 - no reply. On 6/12, I called and left a voice mail and used website contact form asking about my order -- no reply to either. Emailed again 6/14 advising I'd be contacting the BBB if I hadn't heard anything by 6/16 -- I've heard nothing! My card was charged on 5/7 and I have nothing and can't get any info from them. I've placed several orders since June 2022 with no issues. PLEASE HELP! I just want a reply/information on the status but hopefully/eventually my order!Customer Answer

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I tried to attached the email order confirmation and all of the emails I've sent to Ohza but it won't accept my attachments.
I wanted a reply from them as to when to expect my order; however, now I'd like $59.25 (the amount of the order) reimbursed to my PayPal/card.
