    I placed an online order on May 12th, 2023. I was immediately charged for the order on my credit card and received a confirmation email. A few weeks later I reached out to inquire about shipping because the website states shipping should happen within 3-5 business days. I received a reply that same day stating the inventory needed to be restocked and I should have my order shortly. It has now been over a month and I have not received my order. I sent follow up emails on the dates, June 12th, June 14th and June 16th, all of which have gone unanswered. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and poor customer service. I was charged for a product that I did not receive. I wish to be contacted by the business, I feel I deserve an apology. I would also like to receive my product as soon as possible or be issued a refund.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  I have also tried to reach the business two more times, after I filed my complaint with BBB on 6/17/23.

    I placed my order approximately May 6th and have not yet received it. Initially customer service was response but has not responded to my requests in 2.5 weeks.

    In May, 2022 I received molded and damaged product from Ohza. In June, 2022 I sent an email to Ohza about received damaged product and received response that they will replace the damaged product. I have sent follow-up emails in July, Sept, Oct and Nov about when damaged product replacement will be sent and have not received replacement or response from them about replacement status. I'm asking help from BBB to get damaged product replacement from Ohza to me. Thanks so much for your time and attention.

    On 11/18/22 I received an email with a receipt for a purchase that I did not make. I then found out that when my 11 year old autistic daughter was playing games on my phone that she had completed an offer to get more moves/money for her game. I have all of my banking information set up on my phone so it was very easy for her to do, I just never thought she would do something like this and i don't think she realized what she was actually doing. The company charged me $49 for for what I found out were alcoholic beverages. I don't see how they can legally sell and ship them to someone who they have no idea is of age to drink or not. I tried calling the company on the phone number that is listed with on their Web page and there is never anyone to actually answer the phone, it always says something about the ****** subscriber is not available and to leave a message. I have left numerous messages and I have sent numerous emails explaining the situation and asking someone to call me back. I have not received any attempts of communication from them. I have been sick lately so I've not been able to work as much as I normally work and with this $49 coming out of my bank account I don't have the money to pay my car payment and could possibly be overdrawn at the bank after other autopay bills come out of my account. I really don't see how it is legal for them to ship alcoholic beverages to someone if they have no idea if it is a minor or not? I almost think that this could be punishable by law, but I am only wanting my money back.

The business refunded my bank account. They never contacted me about it but they did give me a refund. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

    Date of Transaction: September 21, 2022 Amount paid: $49 What was committed: 2 sets of mimosa canned drinks Nature of Dispute and attempt to resolve: As of today, November 18, 2022, I still have not received the product I paid for, despite being charged immediately for it upon purchase. Over the last 2 months, I have constantly been reaching out to both the company customer service and *** about my order and have been given nothing but empty promises of product shipment. I was even promised a replacement in October since the original order never arrived, and I even agreed to pay the additional $10 for the replacement shipping - this was never received. The customer service representative - ***** - I have been dealing with since the original purchase date (9/21/2022) has been slow to respond and even unresponsive several times when I have reached out for status of my order. In October, I requested a refund and got no response for a while, until finally ***** emailed me to say that they would be sending the product. But it was more lies and despite even spending this last entire week at home waiting for the product to be delivered, I haven't even received so much as a shipping confirmation, tracking # or anything about my order being shipped. I've continued to reach out to the company via their contact email address and requested a refund, but no-one is responding. Original Order Tracking #: ********** (for order placed on September 21, 2022 never received)Replacement Order Tracking #: *********** (for replacement order I was told was being shipped October 11, 2022, but again was never received). In fact, I contacted *** to say that I would even pick up the order from their facility myself, but it was shipped back to the company by *** because they said it was damaged. Again, to this day - 2 months later - I still have neither the mimosas I paid for nor a refund.

    Purchased 2 cases of product on 7/25/22. I emailed numerous times to find out when it would be shipped - finally shipped on 8/17, received a notice on 8/22/22 that it was out for delivery and required someone 21/up to be present. My husband and I both work so no one home and they attempted 3 work days in a row and returned to sender, despite my leaving request for them to bring back on Saturday. I emailed Ohza numerous times (at least 6 or more) since then asking to either resend or give refund my money. I have had zero response from ohza at this time. My tracking number says it was shipped back and is at their dock on 9/7with no updates since **** tracking: 1Z202857A891101706). I just want my money back at this point and will never order from them again

    On August 16th I placed an order with this company. I received an email confirmation of the order that same say, but since then nothing. Actually that's not true. I get what I assume are automated email ads everyday. At first I wasn't bothered, I work in food service and understand supply constraints right now. Around the 7th of September I decided to reach out to the company and see if I could get any info on my order. I heard nothing back, but on sept 10th I received an email saying I should restock, as I was probably close to out. That email showed exactly what I ordered and asked if I wanted to "try something new". This irked me, as it was seemed they were under the impression I had received and consumed most of my order at this point. So I sent another email, asking them to please get back to me. And a week later no word. Yet I still get automated emails everyday which seems to rub salt in the wounds.

    Placed an order for $52 on July 7. Have yet to receive my product but they gladly took my money. Order still says unfulfilled. I have messaged them several times at their website with no response. I either want my money back or my product. Pretty simple. How unprofessional not even responding when you know you are in the wrong.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Just like when I tried to reach them directlyno response whatever.   But they sure still have my money and I never received what i paid for!  This business is horrible and unprofessional.

    Ordered two cases of drinks over two months ago I've never received the product and have emailed six times as well as commenting on social media post and have received zero response to items missing
