    Placed an online order with Ohza on July 14, 2022. My credit card was immediately charged $35.20 for the purchase and I received a confirming email stating my order # ********** would be shipped in ***** days. I received no shipment in that time frame, so I emailed the company at ************************************ on Aug 4 asking for status. No reply, so I emailed again on Aug 8, 9 & 10. Finally on Aug 10 I received a reply from *********************, who listed his title as Customer Experience Specialist. He indicated my order was "missed" by the warehouse and would be shipped asap. Told me to look for an email with tracking info within 24 hours, but no email has been received. I emailed on Aug 26 asking once again for status, but no reply. Emailed again on Aug 29 & 31. At this point I would be glad to either get the product or my money back, whichever can be accomplished. I'd like to note that during all of this time, I continue to get Ohza marketing emails on a daily basis so they certainly have my correct email address on file.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  I have continued to send emails to them, but they have gone unanswered.

    On August 11, 2022, my husband, ****, and I placed an order from Ohza (order number **********). The website said 1-2 day shipping. We needed the product for a wedding on August 19th. On the 18th, I checked our order status which states unfilled with a delivery date of 11-8-22 which wasnt going to work for us. We called the number listed 6 times without answer and left 2 voicemails. I have emailed them, messaged them on social media ********* and Instagram), and have contacted them 3 times from their contact us here page. There is no where to cancel the order online. Since having this experience, I have read multiple reviews about this company being a scam. At this point, it seems as though they want to keep our money ($208 dollars) without even attempting to respond to us or resolve the issue.

    I like the rest of the good people who trusted this so-called company placed a order getting confirmation that my money went through .and that's the last I've heard I have tried calling and emailing to no avail.anybody should heed these complaints B4 ordering .

    This is in regard to https://drinkohza.com/Placed an orer on 7/25 for 4 cases of their product. Chare of $88 hit my card that day. I have been trying to contact them daily since 8/4 about the status since the order has not been fulfilled. The online chat function simpley does not work. I've been able to elicit a response from there one time. They will occasionally respond to emails, but not on a rgular basis. On 8/10 they replied by email that " It looks like your order was missed by our warehouse - we will get this shipped asap! Be on the lookout for tracking this evening or tomorrow morning."As of now, 8/12 the order still shows as unfulfilled. I have emailed twice since 8/10 with no response. Have tried chat continuously through multiple browsers with no response.I get multiple emails and text messages per week about sales and their products but cannot get an honest response about where my order is.

    Placed order on there website on July 7,2022 shortly after I placed the order ,I went to read the reviews shortly after I contacted support to cancel my order once I seen the reviews customer service stated that there isnt anything that they could because the order has already been shipped out they stated that I could simply return the package and they would issue refund the refund was issued on July 14 2022 they stated it would take 3-5 business day to credit back to my card once 3-5 business days passed I contacted to see whats the issue with my refund here it been now a week still no refund for package that I returned and they stated they refund me back to my card I contacted support several times to no avail they are not returning my emails the number on bbb is a ****** voice number and cant get thru to anyone I have several messages proof they have received the package still no refund I emailed them from another email they answered but when I email them they dont return my emails purposely ignoring I would like my refund they stated they would issue back to me I would hate to have to take a case to small claims court over ***** for package that was returned back to them I several emails screen shots and proof if you value your money dont do business with them money hungry scammers
