    You will be lucky if you receive your order. I had ordered numerous times and never had an issue until my last order in August 2023. I never received the product or any response to my numerous emails. Luckily, I was able to get a refund through my bank. I will never order from Ohza again.

    I was ripped off! I ordered 3 cases in early May. In mid-May, I received an email apologizing for an inventory shortage and thanked me for my patience. I've sent 4 emails. The last 3 returned undelivered. I submitted a form on the Contact Us page and got no response. Now, 7 months later, I have never received my order, have not been given a refund, and cannot contact the company. SAVE YOUR MONEY - do not order Ohza!

    BIG FAT 0 Stars! I absolutely loved this product and never had an issue until I order in June 2023. I ordered 96 cans and they have not arrived. I have been ordering from them since 2020 and now I am very very upset about not receiving my product that I've paid for.

    AVOID! Company is taking money and not providing product. Won't respond to enquiries. I started a CC charge dispute thru my bank and they had the **** to challenge it. Dishonest business practices, do NOT place an order with them.

    Absolute joke of a business here. Has real potential but their customer service is literally nonexistent. I feel bad for ***************** getting involved in this company.Like others below I had an order that has not been fulfilled. Nobody responds to my emails messages etc. if you search through here, or any other of their social medias youll see the same thing. Dont even bother trying to contact them. Also the address on their website pulls up a *** store. There is no office or warehouse address. I will never ever recommend this company. I wont even purchase it in stores because they dont deserve my money if they cant even acknowledge their customers

    I have just about $300 worth of mimosas I purchased for my business that I ordered and they never came. My first orders came not a problem and then all of a sudden three orders later, nothing showed up and I cant get a hold of anyone.

    This is a disgusting and dishonest business. I have had many struggles with them, but in short, I placed an order through their website. Two weeks go by and I don't receive the product. I contact them, and they tell me as of recently they can't ship to my state (which is not true). So when I don't hear further or see a refund, I contact them back asking about the refund, and they tell me I never requested one (despite them never having an intention to ship the product). Then they later tell me they have issued the refund, but it turns out they never did, and they continue to this day refuse to do so. They tell me I need to take it up with my credit card! All the while, they take over a week to respond to e-mails (and have no other methods of contact), if you are even lucky enough to get a response at all.

    Horrible Business!!!! They will not respond to any communication. I placed an order a month and a half ago and heard or received NOTHING!!!! I have tried to contact them SEVERAL times. They are terrible.

    Same issue as the other reviewer. I placed an order on 7/25/22 and wanted expedited shipping and when I discovered that it wasn't going to be to me before the vacation I ordered it for, I asked to cancel. No response. Today, AUGUST 16, I get an email that it shipped! Insanity. And they STILL charged me for expedited shipping. Through a ****** search of their address, I came up with a phone number (it's not listed on their website) and it just rings and rings before an automated voice says the number is not available. I have reached out via their chat feature which they never responded to, and emailed 3 times now. I will be refusing the order and writing on the box REFUSED. ISSUE REFUND. I'll also be reversing the charges on my CC.
