    I actually love the product, I ordered several times with great results. This past order, they took my money out of my account as usual, but I never received a shipping confirmation. Finally, after 4 emails, someone answered and said my order was overlooked. No biggie, it happens. They said it would ship out the next day. Well, it's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. I have sent several more emails, all with no answer. At this point, even though I love the drinks, I will never order from them again. Also, lodging a claim.

    Horrible this company are scammers they dont even have real number to contact to customer service they number is ****** voice number ,what legitimate business do you know doesnt have a real number ,any how I placed a order a few seconds later something came over me to cancel in which I did I email support and they stated there is nothing we can do your order is already being shipped cool it arrives via ***** so I simply refuse it contact support to let them know I refused the order and it will be returning back to them they stated ok they will issue a refund in 3-5 business days well here it is a week and I have yet to get my refund this place isnt even accredited on bbb they number is ****** voice number you can only get thru to someone via email if your value your hard earn money do yourself a favor and go elsewhere this place is scammers and they lie and stated they issue a refund when all actuality they steal your money stay away from this company go to a company and order from a site where they actually have a working number
