    I am filing this complainant against Canton Modern Dentistry because I have not received a refund for my out-of-pocket overpayment. I have reached out to Canton Modern Dentistry several times to receive a refund for my out-of-pocket overpayment of my crown. The dentist office submitted to my insurance for Crown 14 with a total of ********. I did not agree to any specialized procedures associated with the crown. I initially reached out in January of 2024, which is after my insurance approved for my dental work and I received my explanation of benefits on 01/06/2024. I made two payments in a total amount of $1,073.48 and my out-of-pocket cost for the dental work was ******. I received a partial refund of ****** and the remaining out-of-pocket refund is ******. I no longer have the *** account and require a payment directly to me.     Hello, my name is *******. I am calling from Canton. Modern dentistry in Canton, *************. Referencing complaint number ********. On may 10th of 2024. We refunded the patient in the amount of $299.17. Again, that was $299.17. The amount the Patient was requesting in the complaints. We did notify the patient that that refund was posted. And I just want to let you know that this has been resolved if you need to reach us for any reason **************
