    on Oct. 6th 2021 I signed a consignment agreement with Ms. ********************** for the sale of a ************************* ************** painting valued at 3500-5000 USD.I have kept my insurance on the piece in effect.On multiple occasions we have communicated that she wanted an extension to sell the piece. However, in all of those communications it took many text messages, emails and phone calls to get Ms. ********************** to response and give an update on what she was attempting to do to sell the piece.The last communication of significance was in early January of 2023 when she wanted to take the piece to a ***** Show, and then to a ***************. She has not ever contacted me about any sale of the piece at either show.I have emailed her, sent her multiple texts and have left VM for her indicating that the time has been exhausted for her to sell the piece.At one point she offered to purchase the piece. That was back in Jan. of 2023.Ms.********************** has not returned any communications. The last VM I left her indicated that I wanted a response in One business day. That was on May 22nd 2023.There was no response.AT some point I will consider this piece of art to be stolen goods and will contact law enforcement.I have contacted an attorney as well. But we are hoping that you can resolve the matter.At least 10 times I have asked her to make an offer to purchase the painting or to either let my Nephew ******************* pick the painting up wrapped in bubble wrap or to send it to him via *** shipping or any shipping that is equally insured for the value of the painting.Ms. **********************s has not responded.This is highly unprofessional for a gallery to not return calls, texts, emails. Nor to provide any update as to how she will resolve the matter.
