I won an auction from JG Autographs and they sent me a bill on 5/29/24 in the amount of ***** which included price of item I won, shipping and their upcharge. I received a confirmation back from them thanking me for purchase and they were getting my item ready to send and they would notify me when it was shipped. Next thing I got from them was another bill asking for 172 dollars more. I sent them a email asking what is going on and I was not paying that outrageous amount and if that is what they were doing then to just cancel order and refund my purchase money. This was all done on 5/29/24 and in addition I also called the business. I received no reply to my email nor call back. Over this pass weekend I got a email from them saying they were cancelling my purchase and refunding my money back. I checked my online banking and saw that it was pending. However when I went into my online banking on Monday morning, 6/3/24 the refund was not there. I called my bank and was told that while the refund was there the business had called and cancelled the refund. Not sure why they did that as last email just informs me that refund was given back. I sent another email to the business on 6/3/24 asking what was going on as well as another phone call to the business with my contact info and as of this post here, I have received neither another email from them other then new auctions available and no phone from anybody. So now not sure what to do and I hope that someone that way can at least get somebody live to speak to as so far I am just getting business generated emails and no return phone calls. tyvm for your time and attention, cheers

I still to do this day have not heard from the business nor received any email from them but they did credit back to my bank the money that I spent and that is what I wanted if they were not going to send the package that I had already paid for so that is the main thing.  But again no word either from the business in regards to this matter, tyvm for your time and attention, cheers
