    ive preordered 3k worth of product from this store that has already released and the store owner refuses to give updates or refund my money and others have the same complaint he received the products and resold them to other customers upon release date

    Yes, this is **** ******* calling on behalf of Toys and things. In regard to complaint number ********. There is no basis for a complaint at this point because there were several mitigating factors that it appears were either ignored by Mr. ******* or he is just was not aware of. So It is a very convoluted situation and you do not want to leave a message on it because it really would not help. So you can reach me on my cell area code ************. Again, we are wished to resolve this, but right now things are tied up because the distributor is in bankruptcy, Mr. **** has already used other efforts to try and recoup the supposed in $3,000 that he is owed, he is not owed that much, he tried to put it through ******, they rejected it. So we need to sit down and kind of thrash through these things and hopefully, you know, we will be able to do it. The other thing he is incorrect on is that OP 5 is still being published. It is not out of print that was confirmed by both the distributor and the manufacturer band I itself. So anyway, if you can give me a call back or we can hopefully talk through and set up at least a reasonable way of settling the matter. Hopefully I will talk to you soon. Thank you.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. its been over a year since payment was made ****** did not reject anything he is lying i sent a request for the money and took it back cause he said he would be sending me the money in a week and never sent it he owes several friends of mine money as well and hasnt paid them either terrible business practices are being done here with no resolution in sight just excuses after excuses i attached a photo of him keep trying to delay me on refund this whole month of april.

    made a pre-order Jan. 9th for the amount of $1200 product was due Mar. 8th, they had the product in stock but they decided not want to give product to me. a week goes by and was told many times i would receive the product. But after weeks of being told, still nothing I was placed into another pre-order because the product never came in. The new product that was due June 21st, which they shop said i was on the list, they received 10 cases and never got one. even asking if they had their shipment. I was told the after they had already sold out to come sunday or monday, then told tues or weds, then told fri. None of those days the shop delivered on their word but offer me half of what I ordered. refused to take half an order since we ordered a whole case.It has now been over 6 months without receiving the product and we have asked for a refund, shop still refuses to refund, mentions something about a restock fee when they had the product to give me at the time. now is delaying to refund money back.
