      Date of the transaction - September 23, 2023 Amount paid - $26.55 Commitment--- Barismo was offering freshly roasted coffee subscriptions through their website. I subscribed to their espresso blend named as "Clockwork". On the product page it says "While the name is constant, the components change seasonally". I interpreted that statement as the coffee blend origins change seasonally, and that the tasting notes (( that coincide with a dark roast)), labeled on the package would stay the same. As advertised the "Clockwork" package photo and online description emphasizes " tasting notes of caramel, chocolate, cherry". There is no mention of roasting levels, light - medium - dark etc.----- The nature of the dispute is that Barismo is falsely advertising their espresso blend "Clockwork" to online subscribers. As demonstrated in my uploaded photos, I received a product with the same name, and matching coffee origins, BUT the label says "tasting notes: peach, apricot, citrus". It is clearly not the same as what is shown online and what I subscribed to " caramel, chocolate, cherry". After preparing espresso shots several times, the product is true to the horribly bitter citrus taste that is notorious of under-roasted espresso blends.(1) The label of tasting notes of the blend and the actual taste of the espresso blend, is not what is advertised online as "caramel, chocolate, cherry"----- Resolution. I have not reached out to the business. I do not want a refund. I am reaching out to file a compliant.----- Order number ***** ----- **** Tracking number ********************** ----- The issue involves advertising on the company's website, as a product description.
