    I signed a contract on 8/31/23 for renovation of my family room. He said he would begin in the beginning of November but didn't start until the end of January. He worked pretty steady for 6 weeks. Then he didn't show up for a couple of weeks. Then worked a few days. Then stopped again. He would not answer phone calls or texts. Finally he answered and when he comes back he would finish the job. A few weeks later he came back worked a few days and then stopped coming. I just want the job completed. There is only a couple of weeks of work left. He has left his equipment on the middle of the family room and supplies and trash on the garage. The bathroom is about half done. I have had half my house and my garage unusable for 8 months. I need him to complete the project now. I made the initial deposit on time. I also made the midway payment when I was asked. He **** me credit for products that I supplied.

    This complaint was filed in September.  It was then closed in October due to no response from the business.  I was asking for help getting the company to complete the project.  The company never finished it and it was communicated to me that the business will not be completing it. (I was not notified until after a certified letter was sent to said business)  3 months later I am being asked for additional information on a closed complaint.  The business address is ****************, the phone number is already filed in the complaint.  As the contract has personal information of my own I would like a phone call before I send that as this complaint was already completed by you the BBB.  My phone number is ************
