    I called Highland Fence in 7/20/23 to repair the driveway gate of a chain link fence that had come off it's top pin. A relatively easy and quick repair. He told me he would send someone by in the afternoon to look at it and give me a price for repair. I waited home all day for the person who never arrived. This morning 7/21/23 I called him to let him know the guy never came by and that I had waited here all day for him. He had a bit of an attitude and stated he would call him and check. Well 4 hours later I am still waiting for him to call me back and the impression I have is that he will not call me. There was no apology for my waiting on them, and it appears to me that he doesn't seem to care that I am waiting yet again for a simple repair. IF he couldn't do the repair he surely did not tell me that, he stated he would send someone by. Well this has not occurred and he doesn't seem to care that he is keeping a customer waiting to have their problem resolved. At least get back to me and tell me you can't come don't leave me hanging here. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A PROPER BUSINESS!
