      If you are looking to receive patient care or send a loved one here be prepared to read all legal documentation they have the individual sign and be prepared to need lawyers to protect your loved ones best interests. They struggle to provide sufficient patient care and even talk about and mock patients recovery. Facility conditions led to a skin rash that was asked to "wait it out for a few days." Upon patient insisting on getting medical attention, the patient has been left with permanent scaring. There are good staff members mixed in, but the intent of the company is to keep the individual at the facility as long as possible in order to charge the insurance company as much as possible prior to the individual forcing their release. This company over bills. There is no direct way to reach their billing department as they state they use a "third party" to facilitate billing. The last thing a person in recovery needs is further stress of being taken advantage of financially upon their departure. Based on the company taking financial advantage of an individual protected by the *** and medical malpractice, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for treatment.
