      Disappointing customer service: I tried to do the test twice, got TNP results both times (meaning they couldn't complete the test for some reason), with no explanation. I believe I followed the instructions correctly both times. Basically, I spent $100, went through the inconvenience of doing the test twice, got no results, and now there are no other options for a partial refund or a new kit.

      I bought two tests. I did receive them, but the website is a fraud. You cannot create a proper account or activate the tests to send them in. I wish I had checked the BBB first! Total scam. Not even any way to request your money back. Do not fall for this! Way too expensive!
