    They may have a great product but their customer service is atrocious. Maybe that's what why their CEO left. I could never get an accurate answer, much less any answer, to when the Theracycle was going to arrive that was purchased in September and slated to arrive the beginning of November. My calls to ***** ******, the sales manager, went unanswered. I wrote an email and was led to believe that someone would be contacting me the next day. ****. And not the next day or the day after that. I finally called to have someone in management contact me because my emails were going unanswered too. Turned out they're cancelling my order and refunding my money because of a problem with the cycle. It took me calling and asking to be speak to management for me to finally get answer. I actually wrote them back, giving them a opportunity to keep my business if they could explain to me why it took me calling to find out the order status, and why I should trust them again. As you might have guessed it - no reply. The worse part is that I have a handicapped/paraplegic sister who's been counting the days till the cycle came because it was finally the answer her being able to work out. From my own experience, TheraCycle takes your money but doesn't think you should be in the loop when it comes to the product you've ordered. Even a little company like **** will let you know when to expect your order, and will let you know if there's a problem. Not these guys. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.
