      **** helped me with a chair issue on a Saturday afternoon. The lift is for my 94 year old mother-in-law whose bedrooms are upstairs so an immediate fix was absolutely essential. Im mechanically challenged but he helped me identify the problem. A huge thanks for his support!

      top shelf. service tech is a real pro to have representing your company. He installed our first chair, came back to service that one & provided sound advise/ His most recent visit was to discover what was wrong, solved the issue & took the time to how best to understand what the cause of the problem & how to avoid it from happening again. His prompt service is the reason I continue to us Stannah lifts. *** ***** 12.19/24
