      The technician who came to remove our stairlift was on time, did a great job of removing the stairlift, and was very pleasant. We'd be happy to work with him anytime.

      The technician Mr ***** arrived in time. Promptly identified the problem. Replaced necessary parts, cleaned the equipment. He patiently explained some safety and maintenance features. He was smart, well mannered and appeared very knowledgeable. He deserves a five star.Thanks

      I should have done this long ago. We live in a townhouse and wound not have been able to stay here long term without these wonderful lifts. With two flights of stairs and a couple of joint replacements the lifts are an answer to a prayer. The installer, Max, explained everything and I have had no trouble getting used to them. He did a great job. Our salesperson **** even talked to the electrician for me. Satisfied all around.

      ***** and ***** came today and installed the stair lift. They were excellent in all respects, technically, interacting with the client, explaining how the lift works, good at listening, and attentive to details especially aesthetic aspects of wiring. Would highly recommend!
