    I ordered a pack of face masks for my skin condition that is medical. After 2 weeks I heard no update and received nothing so I reached out to the company and was told they are going to *** to check. I never heard anything back and its been almost 3 weeks I want a refund please this is ridiculous.

    I made a purchase on October 23rd, 2024 worth $135.38. I even bought route package protection on this product. I have emailed the business 3 times and called the phone number listed on ****** 3 times. The phone call goes straight to voicemail and no one ever answers my emails. On the shop app, it shows my package is partially delivered but has no tracking number. I am concerned that I have been scammed and I will never receive my package.

    my order was originally placed on july 19. i ordered plated eye serum. i didnt use immediately, but when i did discovered it was defective. i reached out to the company on september 9, included photos. they said they would replace with an intense serum if i returned the defective item, which i did. they confirmed receipt of defective item and said they were going to ship other item on sept. 28. i have still not received product or refund, so i continued to reach out via email and instagram until someone responded and when i did get a response the person was incredibly rude, went off on me and basically said they werent dealing with it anymore and to contact manufacturer directly. this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. i have ordered thousands of dollars of product from this company and this is the first time i have ran into a defective item. i was simply following up to what they promised and their treatment was cruel and monstrous. i deserve an apology and either what they promised or a refund.
