    On November 30th we visited Country Nissan in ****** to look for a car. After looking at several cars, we liked the ***** ******** ******* because it had stitching on the interior. We weren't sure about the color of the vehicle being all black (everything black). We told them we needed to sleep on it to make a decision. They wanted a $500.00 deposit to hold the car until we made up our mind. We put a $500.00 deposit down on our Debit Card with the understanding we would get a refund if we decided against the purchase. We were also told that the vehicle came with a 6-year 100,000-mile warranty and then Joel changed it to a 7-year 100,000-mile warranty and that it only came in that color. All lies! I went on the internet and saw the ******** ******* came in other colors and that ***** Nissan in ******** had the car in a Pearl White/black. We called ***** that night and heard he had one left and went around 8:30 PM or so and drove through the lot at ***** Nissan in ********. We had an ahha moment when we saw the car we loved, the ******** ******* in Pearl White/Black. At 11:11 PM on the 30th, I answered an email from Frank M*********** from Country Nissan and told them that we decided against purchasing the car and wanted our refund back as soon as possible. We heard by email from our sales rep Joel G*********** the very next day, Joel G***************, Dec 1, 10:30?AM Ok you're deposit will be refunded, is there possibly anything I can do from my end to earn you're business today. Requested Vehicle Information for 2023 Nissan. I emailed Joel back and told him why we decided against the purchase from Country. My wife ******* and I made several calls back to Country Nissan never to get a true or for that matter any response other than our check is in the mail. That was some 2-3 weeks ago. I have all the emails I spoke about. We're tired of calling, tired of waiting and I will be calling the ****************************** today. I will also be making a complaint to the ** Attorney General today as well. Please, we are both 69 years old, don't have a lot of money and request help in getting our money back.

    He was refunded to his credit card on 1/5/24. We only process credit card refunds once a month or occasionally two times a month. His was processed shortly after his request. If he is not seeing it on his statement, please let me know and I can get him proof of the refund from our end.

    Yes we did recieve the refund. We were told several times that the refund was in the mail. This dealership is full of lies. That $500 was not there money, they had no right keeping it as long as they did. I would like this to be posted.

    I went to Country Nissan after calling them about an advertisement on the radio, tv, and website about matching up to 3000 of a down payment towards a new or used car. I said I was willing to put 4000 of my own money down and have them match up to 3000 as advertised. There was no asterisk or full terms listed anywhere. When you click on the link it just shows you inventory. When I get there look at the car and sit down to look at financing the number was no where close to what I had calculated on the calculator. I asked them about this and they stated to me that its up to 3,000 and this car did not qualify for it. It mentioned nothing on there website and if its new or used I imagine very little under a large price will qualify. Its deceptive to not honor there deal especially because the tv commercial says we will match up to 3,000 you put 3,000 down we will give you 3,000 towards your new car. On other specials there is fine print to read and states extra fees or what does or doesnt qualify. This advertisement does not have any fine print and gives no information on which vehicles if any qualify towards the complete down payment match. Because it is the same company that owns ******* and Nissan they agreed on the phone to honor the same discount and even mentioned inside the store that there is such offer. I have attached the commercial that states any vehicle qualifies and the website. I did not buy the car because of not matching the down payment per their advertisement I was not comfortable with the monthly payment.

    I did not purchase the vehicle because they would not match any amount of my down payment. For desired outcome I clicked store credit because it seemed like the best option if they were to match my down payment I would purchase the vehicle.

    I bought a car from Country Nissan last summer, i told them there was somthing wrong. I have email proof. They kept ignoring me. I brought it up everytime i went in untill i got sick of being ignored. Then my fuel pump went out and cost me ******. The fuel pump was so corroded and rusted. If they would of looked at it when i brought it to their attention it wouldnt of happened. It cost me and my wife a day of work with out a car. Then they admitted it was their fault but wouldnt cover the bill. Instead they tried to say my car was gunna keep falling apart and wanted to sell me another one. It was worst experience of my life.

    I made a promise to pay that money down and i kept that promise. They made a promise to me with that vehicle and they did not keep that promise. So why should i have to keep mine? They caused my wife to miss a day of work and myself. All of which could of been avoided if they didn't ignore me. So i would like my down payment back. If that is not possible i understand.
