    Horrible company to do business with. Needed a pool opening and cleaning. I asked what the opening would he include. He said you know taking the cover off and cleaning. $400. More than I ever paid. He took the cover off and put chemicals in, that was all for $400. Total ripoff I would never recommend this company to anyone. Taking him to court.

    Sounded great during initial meeting. Was schedule to start job in March, 2022. Parked trailer on lawn. Repeatedly contacted but kept pushing us off. Requested the trailer be moved off the lawn but did not do that either. Trailer was on front lawn for over six weeks. Job was finally started in late April. Then didn't for weeks. Liner was installed the Friday before Memorial Day. We were told the coping would be installed the following week. Then the excuses started. We chased him into the Fall of 2022. Also during that time, the new liner dropped in several places. We requested that be correct - no show for the entire summer! It was a mild winter and no reason why the pool could not be completed. Kept saying parts were on order. Finally showed up in May, 2023. We got off the shelf paving blocks instead of coping similar to what we had. We were told by another company that different coping should have been used in order to give us something similar to what we had. In addition, the first time he showed up for work, the conversation was about how difficult customers are. We thought it was growing pains for his new business but have since decided his customer issues were self-inflicted. Would not recommend A and M Pools.
