  I wish I could put zero stars. Buyer beware! Stay away from this underhanded company. They took my money, and walked off the job leaving me without heating or cooling for 12 months. I pd $26K to have the plan I wanted and a few extras with plumbing. They completed it piecemeal, and couldn't get the parts to work together. The last time I saw them, they dismantled the wiring to the thermostat, so I had no way to control all the equipment. After 18 months of waiting for them to return, I finally hired someone else.Considering them? Just don't. Run, don't walk, away!--------------------------****** + team took on the massive job of changing out my oil heat for LP, while also installing a Rinnai on-demand water heater with separate hot water storage tank. I was delighted with his ability to consider all options during the planning phase. This is why I chose them. He could really think outside the box! The rebate process was a bit tricky but worked out.Then the pandemic hit. They were not quite finished, and there was some elusive problem with a Bosch heat pump working with Ecobee plus thermostats. ****** came out in May (a year ago) to switch the system manually to AC and we were fine during the summer. In Fall, he wasnt able to solve the problem and we had no heat. Being a principled person, he advised me to heat with space heaters he brought over while he handled a few things in his private life, that he would cover the difference in my electric bills and get my issue fixed shortly. I trusted him, and waited. (I was fully paid up and had no reason to doubt his integrity.)As the months ticked by I heard from him less and less. In a pandemic I hesitate to even write such a review, but being ghosted after spending *so*much*money* originally and not having a working HVAC system at all to show for it, I dont feel I have an alternative. I really liked these guys, but Im sad to report my experience here. Buyer beware!
