    I have been a long term customer with ***************************. For the most part satisfied but also annoyed with select features of the site. The main one is shipping. Shipping with ***** is horridly slow at best. The system auto selects free shipping if you qualify. You can only defer it 2-3 times before it locks you in and forces you to use it. Ill pay for faster shipping so my package arrives in a timely manner. More than once Ive had my packages sit on their trucks waiting to be delivered for up to a two month wait. Upton didnt even offer a credit for the delay. Just waiting Uptontea has repeatedly acknowledged shipping issues with *****. This is a long term ongoing issue and they really should switch to a better company. Buying in bulk use to be cheaper than bagged tea. After being spoiled with fresh loose leaf tea I can not return to stale grocery store bought packaged tea. I only buy that when Im traveling. I highly notice the difference. Over the years their prices have steadily crept up due to inflation. Ive bought and compared to other companies and theyre still one of the cheaper places to buy from.Their system isnt the safest to check out form and more than one occasion Ive had my credit card stolen from their site. Which means security on their end isnt all that great. I have strong security on my computer and only use the latest operating system and keep it fully updated. And have always practiced this. Since theyve added on Amazon Pay I only use that now and have had zero issues with my cards being stolen over the years. Amazon pay is actually what made me resume business with them. They managed to survive covid yrs pretty well and did an excellent job managing their company during the struggle. I thank them for the many years of loose leaf tea I've been buying. I'm glad they finally added a reward system. As much as I spent, it felt like a reward system would of been nice to have over the years.
