4 starsHave used Billshark a few times. They are great about communicating when they will contact your service to negotiate for you. Love that! Not caught off guard at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! CHARGED ME ALMOST 300 DOLLARS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THAT CLAIMED TO LOWER MY ******* BILL, BUT AFTER REVIEWING SEVERAL OF MY BILLS AND SPEAKING WITH *******, THE DISCOUNT THEY CLAIMED TO GET ME, WAS ALREADY ACTIVE ON MY ACCOUNT ! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME ORIGINALLY WHEN SPEAKING TO HER AT 9:47 THIS MORNING THAT I WOULD BE GETTING MY FULL REFUND, TO ONLY THEN CALL ME AN HOUR LATER AND OFFER ME A 20% REFUND!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE !
