5 starsMike Liddell changed my prejudices about sales people. From the get go he was sensitive to my needs, listened well and accompanied me every step of the way. When there was a glitch with the roof drawing that had missed some roof features that got in the way of the installation, he was very apologetic, courteous and offered to make up for the lost time since we had to wait for the new design and the availability of the local installers. Mike started off this process by explaining the way solar installation, PPAs, and all the other industry lingo in a way that I finally understood it. He explained how solar gets installed for free brilliantly, and was so good at letting us make our own decision by simply presenting facts and options. He then followed up with wonderful regularity, never pushing, but gently encouraging us. He navigated a few snafus, made sure the project was moving forward by contacting ****** staff and gently pushing them, and always communicated with us after. I dont think I went more than 10 days without a checkin for the last several months. The excellent explanations, dogged persistence, and friendly, gentle customer service make Mike one of the best salesmen I've ever met, and certainly in the top shelf of most pleasant experiences. Everything he did made the process painless, and I feel like he did most of the work so I didn't have to. Can't recommend using Mike highly enough. He's been fantastic, and I've been telling everyone who asks about our process that he's the reason we finally pulled the trigger on it after several years of dancing around it. Mike was very informative and helpful for the entire process from beginning to end. He's very easy to reach and he responds quickly to all my questions and concerns. I had no struggles with any of the steps in the process and he took care of all the issues including those that impacted the scheduling process. He's very friendly and has excellent customer service. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike L***** as my contact with Sunrun, and I can confidently say that he exceeded all my expectations. From our initial consultation to the final installation, Mike was incredibly proactive and attentive.
One of the standout qualities was his exceptional communication. He kept me informed at every step, promptly answering any questions I had and providing updates on the project timeline.
Moreover, Mike went above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of the installation were smooth and efficient. He even followed up after the installation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
