    I received a package from hilco that was not ordered. They apologized for their mistake and sent me a *** return label. I returned the item immediately. The next month I was billed $57.50 for said item. I called their office and explained the situation. Again they said sorry and dont worry its taken care of. This was 12/6/23. Since then, i have gotten a monthly invoice billing me this amount. I have called multiple times. Talked to specialist, manger, and billing department. On my last call, i was told that they have NO file on me pertaining to this return, and that my account manager is no longer there. All i want is for them to credit my account and send me a statement of $0 balance.

    On 9/9/2022 i ordered 2 pr ************************* sunglasses from HILCO Vision, see credit card purchase attached, which have a one year warranty. ******* of 2023, I called ,explained, and received the refund approval for $152.68, since the lenses fell out of both pair; I then returned them using the packing slip and shipping label provided; see email dated April 11, 2023 attached. See also Proof of Delivery on April 18, 2023 using the tracking provided by **** Since that time, i have called 4 times, receiving promises of the supervisor's follow up; i have never heard back from HILCO once from those, and have not received my refund as of 7-9-2023. Note: I separately purchased [by a new credit card transaction on 4-9-2023] two additonal pairs that are just fine to date.
