    Look at trustpilot for real reviews from actual customers. 99% tell a story very similar to the one I'm going to tell you here. This company is a fraud.BUYER BEWARE - THEY ARE CROOKS. They sent me a band that would not latch and actually had scratches on the latch mechanism telling me that this was returned from somebody else who had the same issues. It is poorly machined and guaranteed to fall off your wrist just normal every day where. When that happens, you're gonna lose your $900 watch and your $300 watchband and of course they won't take responsibility for any of it.I've been waiting 4 weeks for a response. Nothing.     On May 25th I purchased a $242.50 watch band from exonaute.com. I received the watch band 2 week later. The watch band was faulty and the clasp mechanism would not shut, rendering the band useless. I contacted their support email, The replied, provided a **** Return label, and informed me to ship back watchband. The said the would inspect it, and either send replacement or refund. It was Returned **** with tracking proof of return. Once this was confirmed by trackin no#, I waited a few days in hopes of hearing of my replacement/return status. They did nto answer me back. I wait few more days, and sent another email inquiry, still no reply. I email the same contact email multiple times for 2 weeks with no reply. So at this point I had to question if they woudl ever refund my money or give me. replace on my tranaction. finally I called my credit card company, and they credited back my money. So. my complaint is that I gave them back thier item, and they did not honor my return, nor try to giive me back my money for faulty item. they never once replied to my emails, and Ironically still send me spam ads. I tried to post my reivew of bad tranaction, and they are hiding that too, Not sure what can be done, but this is bad business practice on their part, would liek to know what happened. sad part is all Ireally wanted was my replacement watchband as it was a nice item.

    Bought a watch band and case for $285 plus shipping, order #**** on 13 May 24. Received it on or about 2 Jun 24 and noticed immediately the band clasp did not work. I contacted the company who eventually got back to me and sent me a return address label and said they would send a working band. I sent it back on 13 Jun and they received it on 17 Jun. *** **********************. I have contacted them via email (15+ times, ********* instagram message and their company website. They have blocked me on social media and refuse to acknowledge my communication. I have initiated a complaint through my cc company but they state the business refuses to get involved and it may take another month.
