  Had service on July 26. Good job was done. Gave tech payment at time of service.3 WEEKS HAVE GONE BY AND THEY HAVE NOT CASHED MY CHECK !YET THEY CONTINUE TO SEND ME BILLS !HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS, VOICE MESSAGES, CANT GET A LIVE PERSON TO RESPOND !WONT USE THEM AGAIN

  The technician did a great job; I paid the bill in full before the technician left my premises. Wind River promptly billed me for the work, although I had paid in full! In addition, I received a snarky email from their collection manager within days. And finally, after spending a large amount of my time trying to straighten out their mistake, I was asked to provide copies of my check (that had cleared my bank quickly) so that Wind River could figure out where they had put my money. Several times I requested a "paid in full" invoice and still have not received one (the check cleared my account on May 31st.) Immense frustration!! No apology for the problem!!! Employ this group at your own risk!

  I wouldnt even give them a one star if it was available worst company I have ever dealt with, have not shown up twice, had my son take off work so he would be here.I shouldve looked at their reviews prior

  Very fittingly - Wind River's customer service absolutely STINKS. We used this company for nearly 15 years to service our septic and they consistently did a good job. However, they broke one of the covers to our septic system during their most recent cleaning and, despite repeated calls/requests that they fix the issue, they still have not done so three months later. We now have to find another provider.

  It is always our primary objective to provide our customers with the best customer service. We are investigating this issue, but as an effort to resolve this as quickly as possible our branch manager has placed a call to ******************** to find out where he purchased the slate cover on his system.  We will replace the lid, and continue to investigate how this communication did not reach our manager to address it sooner.

  Awesome, wonderful, spectacular, etc. None of which describe this company. The ** the BBB gave them is the best indication of their level of service and expertise. They pumped my **** gallon tank on 6/28/2023 and the technician said that they could not pump the sludge at the bottom of the tank... approximately 250 gallons of sludge. This is the primary reason you would have your septic tank pumped in the first place. The sludge is what the septic tank produces by breaking down raw sewage. The technician told me to call them again in a year to have it pumped again. I asked the technician how he would be able to pump the sludge after another year... and he said that if I got the last appointment of the day that maybe they would be able to add water to the sludge to thin it out. For $524.55 I expect better service that this, and you should too.

  I call this company to do an inspection on the lid on my septic tank. I was told it will be a free inspection to find out what I needed to do to fix it. Someone showed up a few days later, took pictures, poker round, and told me someone will get back to me in a few days. Not only dating call me back but they charged me $148 just to come out for something it was supposed to be free estimate. that was three weeks ago and I still havent heard from anyone and I am out of $148. Do yourself a favor and no use this company youll get ripped off.

  Never again! This company is not dependable and is deceptive in it's initial estimates. Be prepared for a 'Bait and switch" from what they tell you over the phone to what the technician says when he arrives for service. I was billed over $200 more then the original estimate! When I Finally received a call back after registering a complaint (a ticket) I was given a song and dance BS explanation. Ridiculous!

  wind river environmental llc in ******* ** the invoice was on 04/06/2023 in which was for pumping of all 3 septic tank pumping's up to **** gallons and was supposed to do, in which the company or employees. never called or texted and said they were coming. When I got home that night after work the septic was backing up in the shower and running out on top of the ground, of course when i contacted the company in ******** I got the run around and got billed for an emergency fee $228.55 and a pumping fee $487.19 for a service not preformed! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! I got a call from wind river wanting me to call them back and with no surprise I left 2 messages with NO RETURN call or contact whatsoever!

  If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. My husband and I contacted them to have out septic pumped out and our lines cleared out. They came and did not have the proper materials to clear out the line. We were charged an emergency service fee for them not actually fixing anything. When speaking to customer service, mind you, I got the run around, 6 times, I was placed on hold and was not able to speak with anyone after an hour of holding. This is the worst company to deal with. I would absolutely not recommend using this company for any of your household needs.

  They are terrible at customer service. Called 4 times, sent three e mails about replacing the filter cover that their technician broke. They keep lying about someone getting back to me. Also they supposedly fixed a faulty pump alarm but now its going off again. So thats over 700 dollars wasted & I have an even bigger problem now because of the broken filter cover.
