    We signed up for this service, and on the first day, they completely forgot my child. When I called the driver, they had no record of her being on that route. The owner or supervisor (not sure) has yet to apologize for this. I had to race out of my store and get to my kids school. Rightfully so, I get charged a late fee if my child is picked up later than dismissal, so now I have a charge for that because this company is so awful. I dont even have an answer for why this happened as they have yet to communicate ANYTHING about what happened. Obviously we fired them and will not be using this service ever again. Ill be telling others the same. Im a small business owner and I own a store for kids. I was a teacher for 7 years. I know that there is no room for error when it comes to children, and this company hasnt gotten the memo. Shame on them.

    I work for One Call Transportation in ******, **, December 6-7/2023 and still not paid for the time I work. I called and text and not got paid yet. They send me a van with an expired state inspection sticker and expired 7 D sticker. Not recommend it to work. Very irresponsible company and their staff as well

    They are terrible pls dont let your kids ride this bus almost all the drivers are not certified as a driver they dont have there 7D license , the last week he worked for this company he worked 38 Hours and get **** who is the supervisor or what ever he wants to be called never payed my husband , and **** kept tellling us he was going to mail it out and never did , this vans are unsafe to drive I hope this helps out .

    The person driving the van ****** license plate is a complete a**** He was sh*t faced when he visited my business and was acting abusive towards my staff. I can only imagine what he's like with a small child. Complete piece of sh*t.

    Do not hire this company. If you have to use them for school, I urge you to fight for another company. The 1st day the driver was over 20 minutes late and didnt know where he was going. In 2 days we had 4 different drivers. They forgot to return the booster seat on day 1. On day 2 the driver didnt know what to do with the booster seat. They are consistently late. They have yet to use the school bus flashers. We never know its the school bus till it stops infront of our house because this a different van everytime. Very poor communication. My son had a half day of school and was never picked up until 40 minutes late because the driver forgot it was a half a day. I am only like 6 days in on having to use this company and this is what Ive dealt with.
