I have been a long time customer of RTN since 1988. ********************** is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Everything is with them credit card, mortgage, checking, savings, car loans and now because of 3 different issues with them, I have to change banks. They do not respond, All they do is put a ticket in, good luck with that. They don't give you timing or the ticket number. I had my mortgage payment taken out twice. It has been 4 days and now I have to wait another 72 hours and that's an urgent ticket. Which I only got from calling and asking to speak to a manager. No name for that manager. Its a secret I guess.I have bills to pay, who do you know who can afford to pay two mortgage payments, no-one. Do you think they care, if they did they would change their policies. Now, I have to find a new bank and transfer all my accounts, that is a awful position to be in.

Avoid doing business with this Credit Union like the plague. I made the mistake of opening a loan through one of Merrimack Valley's subsidiaries. They have consistently lied to me and reported demonstrably false information to Credit Bureaus and to other agencies and Financial Institutions. I have reached out to Merrimack Valley on multiple occasions through multiple channels to get this addressed. Instead Merrimack Valley ignores me and enthusiastically and wholehearted encourages their employees and subsidiaries to take illegal action and commit fraud against me. They are now taking illegal and extortionate actions in order to bully my cosigner into paying this loan in an attempt to bypass me. Luckily my cosigner is fully aware of the illegal actions and fraud taken against me by this company and their cronies and is willing to testify in court if these animals do not cease and desist their illegal action. Regardless of the outcome of my pointlessly drawn out legal battle, these people are completely dishonest and unethical and do not deserve a cent of your money. Don't bank with them

Merrimack Valley has made no meaningful attempts to contact me. They have continuously acted in a duplicitous manner and in bad faith, ignoring information when it is convenient for them to do so, ignoring written requests when it is convenient for them to do so (despite the illegal nature of their refusals), and lying to me and attempting to defraud me when they do bother communicating. I do not consider blatant lies to be communication.*********************** in their collections department lied to me in a letter dated Feb 24, 2023 and pretended he would fix the problems when I provided him the adequate documentation. I provided him that documentation on March 15th, 2023, at which point it was THEM who ceased all contact with ME, while refusing to both correct their illegally assessed reporting and honor the written promise their collections department made to me.Speaking of lies, they continue to do so. My account has not been "delinquent" since 2022. I have had the same dispute open with them since October 2022, but I continued to pay against this in good faith until early 2023, at which point I communicated to them that the loan was not longer legally binding, since they were enthusiastically taking illegal actions against me (knowingly reporting false information to Credit Bureaus) and refused to take any action to correct their criminal wrongdoing. At the point I communicated that to them, I would've happily continued paying the loan if they corrected their illegal actions, but they refused to do so, the last communication from them being Feb 24, 2023 where they refused to correct the incorrect information they are reporting, and made a few other lies and slanderous allegations against me for good measure. I cannot be delinquent since 2022 if I had been paying on time until 2023. That makes no sense and doesn't even align with their own documentation.

These criminals adjusted their comment after it was posted. They are in the wrong both legally and ethically. They have no defense or retort against my complaints so they fail back on their status as a respected financial institution to continue computing fraud and other crimes against innocent customers. These animals do not deserve any of your business. If you value doing business with a company with a my integrity, who fulfills the bare minimum of their fiduciary duty and legal requirements, then you will refuse to do business with these animals. They deserve to burn for what they have done.

Very Disappointed in this company, had a vehicle loan through them and always paid via ACH automatic payments, and called to payoff my auto loan. I was told that because their ACH system isnt connected to their online banking system i would either have to accrue interest for multiple days, or pay a fee to pay off my loan over the phone. I asked to have this waived since I had already been paying via ACH, and the supervisor declined. I find this in bad taste, and hope they enjoy the $7.00 fee instead of getting another new loan through their company.

Merrimack Valley Credit Union has many convenient fee free options to make loan payments and payoffs. After reviewing all the payment options, ************** insisted on making the payment over the phone. This option carries a nominal convenience fee of $7.50, which was disclosed to the ************** prior to proceeding with the transaction. The member agreed to the fee and the transaction was processed. As a courtesy to the member, the Credit Union will refund the convenience fee.

MVCU came out with a new checking and savings that requires ***************************** order to get the **** To make a long story short they never sent me the card after I called several times, I had to go to the store THREE TIMES before they could print me a card. When I finally got my debit card they linked it to a different account and I did not authorize an debit card on that account. I told them exactly which account and they still connected it to the wrong account. Over a month trying to get a debit card and still dont have one.
