I am getting unwanted calls, same as the last person complaining on BBB.I have blocked, attempted to have them remove me, and am still receiving their phone calls.I'm less than 30 years old with NO disability claims or anything as well.Business Response

This company calls at least twice a day 7 days a week. I have blocked them every time and every time they call back with another number.Business Response

Citizens Disability opened a SSDI application without my wife's consent or knowledge. She is now trying to collect NORMAL Social Security benefits and cannot due to Citizens Disability. She was very sick at the time this happened and wound up being on a ventilator for 5 months. Now that she has recovered she only wants to be able to apply for her normal benefits. She retired 3 years ago and has a pension. She has been taken advantage of by *****************************. She hasno recollection of ever talking to Citizens Disability and she was duped into providing them her SS# obviously.Business Response

This caller ID keeps showing up on all the phones on my business account phone lines all 5 of them. I am sick and tired of me and my employees getting phone calls from this scammer. I do not want any phone calls, text messages or emails from this place.....NONE.I have repeatedly told these people to put my numbers on their DNC list but they ignore that request in violation of FCC rules and Regulations. Further they are already violating FCC rules by calling my numbers that are already registered on the National DNC registry with the ****These people are grossly violating the law by even making the call in the first place they need to be fined by the ****Business Response

I have no idea who these people are, but I'm on the do not call list, however, I'm receiving dozens of calls from these people everyday now. I'm not disabled. I've not filed any disability claim. I block calls yet, I get a call every 15 to 30 minutes or so for the last 4 days. I've told a couple of the callers to take me off any call list, yet, they STILL CALL and CALL and CALL. They have rendered my phone almost not functional, as I have to turn ringer off for any peace, and I miss real calls that are important.Business Response

I'm still receiving texts from this business. Yes, they seem to have stopped the calls as the response promises, but not the texts.
Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
