Since I retire from **** in 2/1/2024 Ive been getting 6-8 phone calls a day from CITIZENS DISABILITY??Im not disabled and Im only 60 so Im not eligible for SS BENEFITS..I need them to stop calling meBusiness Response

This business continues to call my number several times daily for the past six months. I have never answered to speak with them until the past month , I answer the call, and state very calmly and clearly , TO STOP CALLING MY PHONE, I do not wish to talk with them , nor will i buy from them or use their product or services, i am being harassed by this company or business doing cold calls , I have asked them by email, by picking up the calls, and yelling and calmly politely requesting they stop calling me. I have blocked the numbers, however they call from various business lines. My caller ID identifies them as ******************************* Services .They wake me up in mornings, I'm in school, and I work so I cannot be woke up for sales calls, but I have to keep phone volume on in case my grown children need me ot grandkids. I have been called over and over from this place. The woman representing this company blatantly lied to me today. I ask her if I could draw social security and social security disability at the same time. She said yes. I figured out that is an absolute lie. I want no contact again with this place. First of all, they called my companion phone looking for me and he told them that she has her own number and they insisted on calling him instead of my phone number and when I answered them they said that they r working with ssdi and they could get me more disability money and I know that they don't work for ssdi and ******** and I also called the airport fraud for social security and she said that they not with social security and for me to file a complaint with u !!Business Response

This company calls me numerous times per day, and when I look it up, it is listed to the feed corporation as well as the disability company associated with this complaint. Finally called them back and told them to remove me from their list and they have not done so yet I do not want them to call me. I have no reason to apply for a disability and its very annoying. Citizens Disability got my number from some scammer list they bought. I have never contacted them nor am I in need of their services. They keep harassing me by calling me five times a day starting in the early morning. I block each number but they just keep on calling using a new number each time. This is clearly a case of harassment and I want it to stop.Business Response

I have my final disability hearing on the phone with a judge on 21st & no "representative " has contacted me from the *********** where all the calls originate.I've been waiting 4 years, & all you guys have done is send requests for documents that I've had to arrange myself. I assume you folks then pass them on to SSI.You folks have done absolutely NOTHING in the ladt for years, but we're prim to tell us that you're fee increases from 20 to 25% last year. There were no phone calls or checking in with us to see how we're doing or give us any assurance you had anything handled. I have no idea who my my representative is & the financial strain it has put on my wife who works 60 hours a week is enough.. You guys need to get it together. We are sorry that you were not happy with our services. We have looked into your claim and over the past 3 years, we have done a lot on your claim. We have collected medical records and submitted them to *** and we have done appeals when you were denied. There were times that we would try to reach you to no avail. You received a call in Dec 2023 from your representative to go over your claim and you will be receiving another call from him before your hearing.
