Was shocked to find out we have been charged an extra $5 "service fee". Uh, for what? We were never notified beforehand and thought perhaps my bill was received late and it was a $5 late fee. Wrong..... When I called I was told it was due to cost of everything going up. Seems like a greedy excuse just to pass costs on to the customer. I was under the impression that brokers are already paid through commission and don't understand how businesses can just add on random fees.

1 starI called twice and was told a supervisor would call me back. This has not happened. HSA imposed a new **** fee to my bill each month - ***** a year more, for what?
