    I had a deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate experience with Kaizen, specifically involving the owner who's logo is on the wall. During my time there, I caught the owner secretly taking videos of me without my consent in an inappropriate manner. This behavior was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable.When I confronted the situation, there was no accountability or proper resolution. The owner took it upon himself to further harass me regarding the video. As a customer and a woman I should feel safe and respected, not violated. I want other woman to be aware of this before choosing to do business with Kaizen as this is predatory behavior. Kaizen did not take my complaint as serious as they should. You should avoid this place.
