      I emailed to cancel my membership to ******* ******,district manager on 1/22/24. He sent the email saying it was canceled but continued charging the payment of ***** for 11 months. Sadly I just caught it. But I have the emails to back up the conversations from ******* ******. I am looking for a full refund dating back the 11 month's not counting the interest

      On 9/9/2024 I went to rojo car washing and I purchased three months of car washes for $30.00 that the employee offered to me and my wife. We paid $***** that day and it was charged to my credit card and in October and November I was charged $ ***** each month on my credit card On December 12th I noticed a charge of $34.99 on my credit card from Rojo car wash and I called Rojo Car Washing to find out about the charges. I was told that the fine print on the screen that I made the payment mentioned the $34.99 for each month after the first three months of car washes. The employee at ****** processed the credit card for us and DID NOT mention anything about the $34.99 and it was a complete surprise to see the charge. **** refuses to give me back the monies on my credit card and I don't want to pay for something I didn't want and would not have purchased

      Hi Team BBB,

      We see that the customer claimed that they did not know that the 3 for $30 promo would only last 3 months and after this period, the plan would charge them the full price on the fourth month. **** makes every effort to inform customers of our promos as we do not want miscommunication between customers and our business. With this being said, a customer must click the terms box (see picture attached) which indicates that the intro price is in fact in intro price and reverts back to the normal price after the promo period. This customer clicked the box agreeing to this and also had two other promo plans in the past where they properly contacted us to cancel the plan before the normal price was charged. After reviewing the customer's record, we see that the customer called to cancel the plan after the regular price was charged. Furthermore, the customer has also used the car wash plan since being charged. **** always strives to bring great value to our customers and treat customers with respect. We feel that this customer has received great value as they have only signed up for promo plans at $10 a month while washing multiple times per month (please see the customer record attached). If the customer disagrees with this assertion, we welcome the customer to reach out Christian at the ******* location and we will have a conversation with the customer to see where the disagreement is on the value they received. 

      We look forward to working with the customer to help out in any way we can.
