      I am submitting this complaint to dispute a collection account that was placed on my credit report without my knowledge, acknowledgment, or consent.A collection agency is now attempting to collect on a debt that was allegedly sold to them by a third party. I want to make it clear that I never signed any agreement nor did I acknowledge any responsibility for this debt. I was never properly notified about this debt being transferred, and I have not agreed to any terms or repayment with the original creditor or the collection agency.This account is now negatively impacting my credit report. I am requesting a full validation of this debt, including proof of a signed agreement with my name on it and the chain of assignment from the original creditor to the collection agency.Until such documentation can be provided, I am requesting that this account be immediately removed from my credit report as it is being reported in error.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

      This month, I became aware of a collection account reported by ***********************, showing a balance of $86 and an open date of October 8, 2022. I do not recognize this debt and believe it to be fraudulent. I respectfully ask that this item be investigated and removed from my credit report if confirmed to be unauthorized.
