      I am filing a formal dispute against Credit Collection Services regarding a $167 debt reported as an account. This is misleading and legally inaccurate.Under FCRA 1681a(r)(4) and 15 U.S.C. 1693a(2), an account must be a consumer-initiated deposit or asset account. This ********************** debt does not meet that standard and is improperly classified, which misrepresents the nature of the debt.The company has not provided validation documents such as a signed agreement, chain of assignment, or ownership proof. Reporting this debt as an account and continuing collection efforts without validation violates:FCRA 1681b No permissible purpose to report FDCPA 807 Misrepresentation of the debt FCRA 623 Furnishing false or unverifiable information I demand deletion of this item and a full investigation. If not resolved, I will escalate with additional complaints and consider legal action.

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # 23452973. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 


      I reject this resolution because the company failed to address the specific legal claims made in my original complaint. They did not provide any documentation or proper validation regarding the matter in question. Furthermore, their response ignored my demand for removal based on violations of consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This was not a genuine attempt to resolve the issue, and I am seeking full deletion of the disputed item(s). Until this is done, I do not consider the matter resolved.
