    I purchased a 2005 **** Explorer from ******** in the beginning of October. Shortly after purchase, The vehicle was returned to them. The vehicle was at their shop with a promise that they would fix all the issues brought to their attention. Vehicle was in their possession for almost a month, During that time the issues were not repairs and even more issues were created. Such as, the dash board lights stopped working, the speedometer is reading wrong, we are still receiving error codes and the odometer was altered adding an additional ****** miles to the car. It was given an inspection sticker when it should have failed due to safety issues. Such as rot on the running boards that can allow exhaust into the vehicle cabin. They allowed us to take the vehicle home for Halloween but told us that the vehicle still needed to be repaired. We returned it back to them on the evening of October 31st where it remained at their shop until November 25th/26. I contacted them on December 18th to let them know that the transmission is still slipping, the rear passenger window fell without being opened, and the dashboard lights are not working along with the new issues and my concern with the safety issues. I explained to them that I would like to return the vehicle and get my money back due to the safety issues of the safety issues of hte vehicle and the failure to repair the problems along with creating more. They told me the warranty had expired, because it was over a month and over the millage. I tried to explain to them this is due to them keeping the vehicle in their shop for "repairs" for that month and altering the odometer. They stated that they are protected and not worried about it. I would like to return the vehicle and have my money returned due to being sold a faulty vehicle by this business.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Since filing this complaint, more issues have occurred with this vehicle. It was also brought to the attention of the ********************************************** and I was told by their agent that this business is violation of Title 49, United States Code *****. Service, repair, and Replacement. They did not follow any of these Federal Laws.
