Advanced Court Reporting has changed their locations to *******************************************. ************************* is the President and ***************** is the Vice President. I responded to a job posting on ******** to work as a Court Reporter. I was interviewed by both Partners and was told that the job will pay $25 to $30 an hour but while I am in training, I will receive $200 a week.I was also informed that I need to have an open schedule Monday through Friday for any assignments that *** come up. You are expected to work an unspecified amount of hours a week for only $200. This Company is violating the ********************** Labor Law and the Massachusetts Wage Law. They will set you up as a 1099 Independent Contractor so that they can avoid hiring you as an employee and have you work as many hours as possible without proper compensation.Beware of their fraudulent activities and report them immediately if you're a victim of this type of White ****** Crime!
