    February 10,2023 Zelle ******************************************************* Sent $1,500 Payment ID: ************ $185.94 Sent Moving Lotus at payments@ movinglotus.com Feb 16, 2023 Payment ID: *********************************** scammed me into believing I was hiring THEIR company to do my moving. He kept changing my estimate. Like 4 or 5 times. Increasing the price. Then I get a text from someone saying they are the driving for We Care Moving who is coming to pick up my stuff. That is NOT the company I hired to do my move. They have HORRIBLE reviews. Some people never even got their things. Some are still waiting after 6 weeks. I was told by *** at Lotus moving that it would be delivered to ***** within 2-3 days. This new company that I did not chose to do my moving says ***** days which I would not be available during that time. I asked for a refund because I do not trust the moving company We Care For You, never heard of them, they arent who I hired, horrible reviews, and then *** stopped responding. I called and a **** screamed at me and said I will not get my money back! There are many people on their reviews (choose lowest) that they did the EXACT thing to. I have many screenshots of our conversation through text where he said 3-5 days and where when I asked for a refund he stopped responding. I got a message from the we care driver saying my pickup/delivery has been canceled. **** (from lotus) while screaming at me said I cant cancel or get a refund. So I guess they canceled it, thankfully, but they still wont get me a refund! Thats so much money to me! Im a single mom! Received no service. Was thrown off to a random company with horrible reviews who says wayyyy more days than I was told, and they want to keep my $1, ****** for absolutely NOTHING! He said his company. Which it wasnt at all! He told me 3-5 days. The random company says *****. I will already be working at the hospital and taking call for emergency surgeries! I cant take off work from a job I just got! I have 3-5 days only

    I have paid over $7000 for my belongings to be moved from ***** to *******. I was told $2500 first, $735 for deposit, and 3 days for delivery. Then it was over $5000 and 3-7 days, paying an extra $765 for a total $1500 for the deposit, and $1750 at pickup, and $1750 +/- depending on amount of space used on delivery. Then, it changed to 70% on pickup (over $5k) and 30% on delivery ($2200 +/-)....NOW it's almost $10,000 and up to 21 days I have been told to read my contract, yet I was never given a copy. I have NO supporting documents as everything I have been sent says "document has expired" and the actual movers won't send me a copy.

    On 7/15/2022 I called lotus moving company and was quoted **** and I paid **** deposit for moving from ********* ********** to *********** ******** .I was Set to move on 8/30/2022 then when the movers came it was western *** lines who are contracted out from lotus.moving company When western *** line came they told me it would be **** dollars more for moving my stuff because I added 15 18 gal tubs with lids and I ended up leaving my table and 4 chairs and my out door furniture and my daughters dresser that went with her bedroom set that was already added in the original quote because I couldnt afford the extra **** dollars..I had no choice because I had to be out of my apartment my 9/01/2022 because my stuff hadnt arrived when I made it to ******** on 9/6/2022 so I called lotus and they said that I had to call western *** lines because they were the ones who had my things.I called western *** lines where because I was upset I was hung up on .i did research on the western *** lines where I found an f rating with the better business bureau .I called lotus back why they had contracted western *** lines when they had lots of complaints and an f rating by the better business bureau the associate said we never had any complaints and that the f rating was because they had never been rated .I feel like lotus moving company is as bad if not worse because they are a front for a scam where people are taking ad***tage of people who are moving long distance and are not taking responsibility for mis quotes from Western *** lines.Also my bed was broken and my screws were missing and my daughters headboard and bed frame was cracked. The movers left my stuff disassembled and left.the invoice is so light Im unable to use it to file my claim for the damages and I have called 3 times for western *** lines to send me a legible copy and have been told by associates they will email it and I still havent received a copy
