If you are Returning an item as Used or Opened Merchandise (not in Resalable condition) with in the first 15 (fifteen) days it will have restocking fee of 10-35% it will be assets based on item and packaging conditions (based on what is missing and the outer condition of the package and conditions of the items Shipping fee and charges are part of the restocking fee and they are non refundable).
U.S. Security Solutions and our support staff are available to assist our customer in determining whether the product is defective, prior to its return. Based on the circumstances, we may be able to provide a recommended and fixes over the phone.
Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. The value of missing or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage.
