      This business is poorly run with very little communication. We paid in full the amount for a 2 hour zoo visit and it ended up raining on the scheduled day. We were told we could reschedule the event but would lose our deposit. We rescheduled and have yet to receive confirmation from the business and was asked to pay more for the rescheduled visit. This is after several emails, phone calls, and texts to ********. We will be asking for a refund of our remaining paid balance. I suggest the BBB get involved in this companies ethics.

      After posting this review the customer was in contact with me. At that time I verified with him (with previous email exchanges between us) that his claims are misdirected. He subsequently apologized for his misunderstanding, and services are still scheduled to be rendered as previously agreed upon, as well as all payments made properly applied. I can provide this exchange as proof and would appreciate this review being redacted.

      Poor communication skills bad with children. I arrived late to an event in ********* on Saturday. August 26th 2023.when I arrived I witnessed my son playing with the bunnies in there petting zoo. I went to coach my child on proper procedures and before I could get the world's out of my mouth ***** the employee for this company stomped her feet over to where my son was crouched down squeezed his eldow yanked his arm out and started yelling in his face in no world is this exceptable,respectable practice you service children yet you can not handle children. when contacted about the situation they made excuses on top of excuses as to why these actions were ok if you aren't there parent you do not get to place your hands on somebody else's child. I left immediately with disgust and a horrible taste in my mouth on the situation.
