    The at home SIBO test was not clear in the importance of sampling every 15 minutes exactly. I spent a week prepping for this test and thought I executed it perfectly but I came to find out that slight timing discrepancies of a few minutes meant my test was discarded. The importance of exact timing should have been clearly stated to avoid this needless waste of my time and money of over $250 dollars.

I want to confirm that your samples were not discarded and that a detailed report was provided to your physician. This report arrived with two notations, that the timing interval was not adhered to and that a retest would be provided complimentary. However, I can see that your report has been revised and resent to your physician, with their permission. You have received a valid result for this test.     Was surprised that it was easier than I thought because of the simple instructions. Appreciated the emails letting me know when it was received and when the tests were evaluated. I was amazed it could be handled this way.

    The test was easy to complete. Directions easy to follow.Have not yet heard from my provider with the results.Have not heard from insurance about what they will cover.Thus it is hard to write a complete review at this time as The experience is not complete yet.

    Test was easy to understand and uncomplicated to do. CDI kept good electronic communication and were quick with the results. Never knew there was such a test in existence until recently.

    Didn't give doctor the results and also trying to double dip and getting paid from both insurance and personal pay how does it go from $249 to $599 then to $828 what joke hopefully you don't s**** all your patients also my insurance caught on to the game and it was reported

    Your insurance company paid an amount of $229.98 towards the claim total of $599.00 and your results were reported to your physician's office in February. As outlined on the requisition form signed and returned with your test kit, if insurance does not cover the full claim amount, the remaining balance will be reduced to the patient out-of-pocket *** of $249.00 and transferred to patient responsibility. We will follow up separately with additional information for you.
