    Ordered a mystery box. I've yet to receive the box. I've reached out to company and keep getting bounced around from them and **** Nobody wants to either resend the package or refund me. They ask for a *** investigation to be done and I call *** and get placed on hold forever. I don't have time to sit and play games for something I've already payed for.

    Ups confirmed delivery of package with a photo of it on *****'s porch. When ***** reached out to me regarding a lost package we contacted *** lost package investigation team to try and locate the package. *** driver confirmed delivery to *****'s address and *****'s fianc ******************************* signed and acknowledged receiving the package. Please see documentation from *** attached. When still claiming he did not receive the package I have reopened the investigation several times with *** where ***** refuses to cooperate with ***'s delivery investigation department. ***** also did the exact same claim in 2022 & also complained to the BBB which was over turned. I have never had an issue an issue like this once never mind twice with the same customer. I have followed all necessary steps with *** and it is left for ***** to respond to *** I gave him the direct *** line & the *** dispatch team in **** has also attempted several times to contact ***** without success or a returned call.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have called *** and get placed on hold for numerous mins. I don't have time to just sit and wait around 20 mins for someone to get on the phone. It's fine I've chalked it as a lost already and just wanted to leave a review with BBB for future customers to be cautious when ordering.

    Unfortunately we are not *** so when there's a lost package investigation you have to cooperate with the shipping company as the receiver. We CANNOT do it for you as the shipper... I gave you the direct line to package investigations there should be no wait time. This is relevant with any e-commerce order wether its ***, FEDEX, or ***** I would suggest signing up for shipping locker or PO Box if you have theft where you deliver your packages. Since you claim this is the second time it's happened out of your 2 orders. All documents provided by *** including the photo of the delivery and your fianc signing for the delivery at your address...

    Placed an online order for 75 dollars. ***** is my order number. Was given a tracking number and it's marked my package as delivered. However I've not received and I've reached out to the company multiple times and nobody will respond. Starting to think it's a scam site and I just got ripped off.

    Customer has been in contact with us since receiving the package on 08/10/2022. I have spoke with customer through email, text, & phone (proof of all three) Order was placed 08/08/2022 & shipped same day. They actually called us 08/08/22 when the package was received to ask a question about some of the contents. Customer expressed how happy they were with the order. I will attach screenshots of *** proof of delivery where *** says they "handed package to individual". I have everything I could possibly need to prove this order was fulfilled and completed. Customer is inaccurate in all claims saying they placed the order last week when it was placed 08/08/22. Customer claims order was $75+ untrue order total was $67.49 with Insured free shipping. Customer has stopped answering and isnt looking to "resolve" instead just making fake claims. Customer was provided with all necessary information to prove order fulfillment. At this point I believe they are trying to scam us. If more information is needed I can provide anything. Thank you for your time. I have been in business for years with no complaints as a small business a false like this is insulting and upsetting.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Everything is good. Package has been received however I will note that it wasn't received until August 12th.
