    I had 3 used tires put on my truck, one of the tires was all bold no thread on it brought the tire back to the shop owner says it's not there tire starts calling me names, I paid ****** left front tire was no good, wish to file a complaint with you on wish to take it further to court then once job was loaded up they gave me a tire that was not even mine ...

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. To the
    best of our recollection this gentleman came back a month after the purchase of
    his used tires. It is not customary for any used tire shop to replace a tire a
    month after it has been installed on someone's vehicle. This is not only common
    in this industry; it is also common sense, because anything could have happened
    to the tires during the month.


    I do not agree with the customers’ suggestion that he was
    called names. In my 25 years of business, that is not the way I have ever
    spoken to customers. He was treated and offered the same professionalism and
    courtesy as any other client. I have nothing but respect and gratitude to the
    community and clients for their support and patronage over the years.


    I am happy and proud that it has taken this long to receive
    any complaint from your organization. As such I consider this matter resolved.
